 Fran Miller has been painting and selling watercolor paintings for over 20 years. Most of her paintings are of the southcoast Massachusetts area in and around Mattapoisett. She has also done many commission paintings mainly of client's houses and boats. She has studied art at Endicott College but has developed her own realistic style of watercolor painting.
